Safety Plan

A safety plan can become a ‘go-to’ resource where you can:

  1. Be aware of things which may signal that your child may have symptoms coming on (e.g., starting to feel shaky, ‘zoned out’, or clingy)
  2. Note what and who can help
  3. Note contact details for emergency services.

These emergency services can be the telephone numbers listed above (Samaritans and Childline) or others (e.g., GP, local mental health service).
